Placing Orders

An order is not confirmed until we speak with you and obtain payment information. A 25% deposit is required to process all custom orders.

Postponement Policy

The customer incurs no fee to postpone a cake to a future date. A cake can only be postponed if we have received at least a 72-hour notice.

Cancellations

If Paid in Full, a 75% refund or a 100% store credit will be issued for any cancellations that are made 72 hours before the date of a custom order. If there was only a deposit placed on the order only a store credit will be given of the deposit amount. A refund will not be given to any cancellations made less than 72 hours of pick-up date.

Product Returns

If you are dissatisfied with a product you purchase from us, please kindly return the product to us on the next business day following your purchase. We do not offer refunds on returned products but may work with you on a store credit or product exchange.

Privacy Policy

Edible Art will not share or sell your personal contact information to any non-affiliated third party. We may use your information including but not limited to name, e-mail address, mailing address to communicate with you about our products and services or to you or send you special announcements. Your information may be shared with a third party in order to facilitate such communications.
